Use your thumbs to clean every surface of the mouth and throat. Smell the thumbs after cleaning each area to see what parts of your mouth are harboring the bacteria. Squeeze the post nasal drip out of the nasal cavity by pressing up and backwards on full surface of palate. Then clean the tongue with the index fingers all the way back to the epiglottis and the sides of the tongue. Lastly, use your index finger or tooth brush to vigorously scrub the tongue papillae side-to-side and front-to-back, pressing downward, but not too hard or you'll cause damage. If you have tonsil crypts that are harboring bacteria, even if nothing's visible by looking, then that's a whole separate issue that needs to be handled. I'm grateful to Christ for answering my cry and leading me to a much higher level of cleanness, and I continue to call on Him to seek full healing in this area. One possible answer to prayer is that the FDA approved a pill for desensitizing to grass pollens.
