Hello BB fellow members .
My GP referred me to a gastroenterologist ..again . This new gastro seems genuinely interested in uncovering a source of odor and ordered a bunch of tests including hydrogen /methane breath test , fodmap diet , colonoscopy and endoscopy.. . I'm currently in process of getting job skill training (aka not working again ) and want to avoid costs of colon/endoscopes . Has anyone had a DR use the pillcam instead of a scope ? Its far cheaper ,less invasive and less risk compared to scoping and gets the small bowel too . Any experiences ??

Also ,have any of you had longer than short term odor relief with rifaximin ? It would be good to get thru job training class and land a job not smelling too terribly . Thanks 8)
