my bb started age 15 told smells like feces 23 now still the same and i still keep up to date with dental hygiene got a dental cleaning yesterday but oh well

Have you tried cleaning your lingual tonsil with gel based tooth paste ?

If not just squeeze a bit and lightly rub at the extreme back of your toungue and under your tonsils on right and left.

Try to go as far as possible.. you'll gag but don't worry.

Before doing just put dry finger up there and see if it smells bad.
