Hi welcome to the forum,

That's not a lot of information to go on. It can be caused by many things. If dry mouth is a side effect of one of those meds, that could also be a cause. I can try to help you if you answer these questions. Do you have any other oral related symptoms? Like bad/altered taste or Post nasal drip? What is your oral hygiene like? Do you scrape your tongue, floss and use mouth wash? Have you been to the dentist since this started? Do you have any stomach issues, other than incontinence?

Okay so we can exclude your teeth then at least. A few more questions. Do you know if the smell is coming from your tongue? Have you tried the lick test? Does the bad breath ever go away or is it constant? Also have you checked for tonsil stones?
Thanks

Okay, sorry i'm not sure what it could be... It would probably be a good idea to start with an ENT appointment and get your sinuses x-rayed, and if he can't find anything ask to be referred to a gastroenterologist. Some people here have gotten cured after getting rid of h.pylori, another guy had an infection in his esophagus. SIBO could also be a cause.
