obsessive brushing, it gets worse
obsessive tongue brushing, it gets worse
obsessive water drinking, it gets worse
2 weeks antibiotics for sinusitis, it gets worse
wisdom tooth removal, it gets worse
one month med/honey for gastritis, it gets worse
green smoothies, it gets worse
neilmed rinsing, it gets worse
fast for 24 hours, it gets worse
oral/digestive biotics, it gets worse
zinc tablets, it gets worse
chrollela, it gets worse
spirulina, it gets worse

even when I have a Listerine strip in my mouth or remaining water in my nose from rinsing it still makes people cough/sneeze or get away from me
now I'm not sure if I have nasal bad breath or PATM (People are allergic to me)

Half a year ago when I had not tried those, I still smelled but not this bad (rarely saw any reaction or it was not strong enough so they could endure it without acting out), now people are coughing/sneezing left and right, pinching nose, getting away from me, wearing a facemask after meeting me a few times (for car parking etc), getting a cigarette when seeing me getting closer

One month ago, a girl standing close to me complained that it was "uncomfortable", not "stinking" or "smelly". People never say anything about me or my smell probably because I look pretty intimidating. Ten years ago, a female classmate sitting next to me (only one time for a special class) asked if I smoked cigarette (I never smoke cigarette) out of the blue, so maybe my smell was like that, but that was when I was totally letting myself go by not showering or brushing one month at a time on average.

***k I hate my parents for neglecting me this severely. In fact they have tons of children (>5) all of who never entered college (or even highschool), married lower class, don't have a job, used drugs, mental illnesses. Why the ***k did they bring out so many kids without caring for them properly, they just said something or two then outright ignored the problems, they DID acknowledge the problems

I had to reject friends, girls before, now family, now maybe even my home because the neighbors seem to notice it is my breath making them cough, so ****ing humiliating. Is the only way to live with this condition is to locate to nowhere land or what?

Hi, I am sorry that you have that problem. I have some kind of problem like you have.

When you are fasting you are detoxing, that's why your breath will be worst.

Don't use Listerine, the aroma and the menthol will make your breath worst. Try to find a toothpaste with no aroma and no xylitol in the. Mint and methol in the toothpaste will make it worst. I know for a fact, because I bought more that 70 types of toothpaste to find a solution. I bought one yesterday, a neutral one and It's pleasant to me. BUT I didn't have any contact yet to see if I will get any reaction. But I know that mint, menthol and the aroma in toothpaste will make you mouth to stink. Try to find a toothpaste without, aroma, xylitol, soda, salt, coconut oil, essential oil or olive oil. Because I try them all and I was very ashamed.

Mint and menthol in gums and candies is a no go. It's prety hard.

Make a sacrifice to change your diet. Eat more greens and less protein. Eat 1 protein a day. Stop with gluten, milk and sugar. To see what is causing it. Don't drink soya milk, you will have foul smell.

Your green juice need to have only on green apple in it. And try to keep it simple. Less is more. Like spinach, celery, cucumber and 1 green apple.

Try to eat less sugar and less fruit. Drink more water. Lemon water drink it only when you are at home it will give you bad breath at least in my case.

I hope what I am doing will work so I can write what have work for me.

Im sorry youre dealing with this problem too! Has anyone described the smell to you to help narrow it down? If you live in a country where face masks are common, can you wear one to see if it lessens ppls reactions - could help tell if its nasal bb or another form.

I agree maybe it could be caused by diet. Eating foods we're allergic or intolerant to cause foul breath, sometimes all over body odor. Is there anyway you can try a food allergy panel, or start an elimination diet? With the elimination diet it should take weeks to get the current food irritants out of your system completely, so its going to be difficult, but worth it in the end if it turns out to be triggered by food. Exercise can help speed up getting it out of your system.

I know its so hard, but dont give up hope or experimenting with new possible causes.

I'm trying with a specialist for (oral) halitosis. If it doesn't work I'm going vegan as the next experiment. I'm already a skeleton but oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do, my body probably can't absorb the meat's nutrition anyway

@ harvestor , i'm sorry you are going such humiliation however, you need to be STRONG & COURAGIOUS knowing your are not alone.

we all go through this same stuff if, not more on a daily basis.

"...I still smelled but not this bad (rarely saw any reaction or it was not strong enough so they could endure it without acting out), now people are coughing/sneezing left and right, pinching nose, getting away from me, wearing a facemask after meeting me a few times (for car parking etc), getting a cigarette when seeing me getting closer

I normally advice people suffering from bb to pretend that these reaction & humiliation from people are not REAL in order to go ahead otherwise, you might freeze just b/cos of what people have to say.

People will always say something even when you seem perfect in all thing's.

In regard's to your family & reaction from people close to where you live, why not relocate to another place if, your work can permit you. If, you are a student or unemploy why not engage yourselve with some online biz atleast, this will rewarding because it will keep you busy, make you happier when you have less direct physical contact with people.

I hope this help

****** Be strong & Couragious ******
