Has anyone ever cured their BB by having their adenoids removed?

Long time reader, first time poster. I'm 18 and have been struggling with bad breath for about 6 years now. Saw some 9yearstofindacure's post about how an adenoidectomy cured his BB but I was also informed that he may have been a scammer (worked for ENT doctors or something). Was wondering if an adenoidectomy every actually cured anyone here, or if you know anyone that was cured by it. Thanks in advance!!!
