Also I googled the guy, he said he was some kind of doctor before? Did not get one search result.....

He probably wants to sell you Georgian wine, that will cure bad breath......LOL......maybe we should market that miracle wine.......
SO basically you get drunk but the wine will cure you of bad breath......
