This situation makes me doubt myself every time.

Post by Gluten-free »

The struggle is real. I went yesterday to the GI specialist to check out how he can solve my problem. He sat there in my face and said that he can't smell anything. At that moment I felt like what the f.... Am I going crazy? Everybody say that they can't smell anything, BUT will laugh on my back or make the window open.

But the doctor leaned back in his seat like he wanting to avoid the smell.

After that I went to an another doctor deparment to make another appointment. The woman there rub her nose so much. I'm like what the hell, do I need to take of her rubbing her nose so much? I promised myself this after this other appointment if they can't smell anything I will never ever speak about this anymore. People around me it's making me feel like I'm crazy. ](*,)

I know for a fact that my mound don't smell fresh. But it doesn't smell so awful either. But it isn't normal. ](*,)

A few weeks ago I went to the dentist the specialist left the office and the dentist check out my mouth for only 3 minuut like he wanting to avoid me. I felt so humiliating. I was like why did you become a dentist? That's why you are a dentist, to help or to be honest about it. That's why I don't trust nobody and don't want anything to do with nobody. It is hard to find honesty.

Well, well,well.

My dear @Gluten-free,

I don't mean to be rude here. Everyone seems to be dishonest with you when your breath is stinky.

Well, the answer is YES and no. First, you need to be honest to yourself before you expect other's to be honest to you.

I mean you should just accept the fact that you actually have bb. Concentrate more effort towards dealing with the problem. Probably, you will not need these approval and confirmation when you are bb-free. Those reaction will change automatically.

These are some hard decision which I made to myself over the past year's. Yes, no more asking other's if, my breath is stinky. Unconsciously, they' ve already given me their sincere answer's through their reaction's.

Thanks and remain strong

You are the kind of people that can't think further than your nose. If someone goes to the Doctor to get help and the Doctor is dishonest with the person. How is he able to help the person? And for your information I am not delusional. I am honest with myself and I fight everyday for my freedom.

Now I know for a fact that even the GI specialist can't and won't help me. I will beat this bad breath for sure.

Thank you. I take that as a compliment.

You who can think outside the box, why going to bother the doctors. They choose their profession in order to make money and take care of their family not their patient. They don't care about what you are going through or how you feel.

Sorry, if you got upseted by my comment.

Smilinagain 2 you.

Unfortunately, doctors will lie to you. You are coming to them with a problem they weren't taught how to treat. Maybe some of them think it's a temporary problem so they don't want to hurt your feelings if "the problem will fix itself eventually." I have had doctors tell me I have no bad breath but they would slide their chair way backwards when talking to me and have their hand directly under their nose to block the smell. Lol.

So yes if you want to get anywhere with this problem, first accept that doctors will lie to you. Dentists will lie to you too but they'll usually try to give you some useless mouthwash to use at home. Friends and family may lie for the same reason: it's an awkward topic and they don't want to hurt your feelings. Don't look for honesty from the medical profession about bad breath. Children are honest. Consistent reactions from strangers are honest.

Thanks for your comment. Now I know that they can't and won't help me. But that motivates me to do my green juice fast more frequently till I have a fresh breath. Even though I don't like the taste, but I don't like my situation either.

@Gluten-free,

"You are becoming bitter" sure the truth is bitter but, does well once digested. Unfortunately, we live in a world full of hypocrisy. People love you when you lie to them.

FYI : I'm a man. Not a woman.

Note : 7-year's ago I met an honest Mr.Dr who confess to me that he knows nothing about bb. Neither did he know how he can be of help to me in this situation.

I left the office with a deep sense of disappointment. A few days later,I called him on phone to thank him for being sincere to me.

Thanks

Ok. I understand you. I don't love hypocrisy, but I love compassion. I was just telling my experience. But I still have a hope that I red in a book of Paul Bragg 'the Miracle of Fasting'. That is my only hard to achieve hope that I think that will help me achieve freedom.

If you could read all my post that I wrote, you could read that I always wanted honesty from people, that I hate hypocrisy. That I even broke with my best friend for that. I was just venting my disappointment on this site.

I don't have no heart feelings, but I don't like to argue either.

Ok,no problem @Gluten-free,i'm sorry also if, my previous comment(s) were offensive.

It's not my intention to hurt you because we are all in same boat. I just wanted to help you voice-out yr anger through writing because I noticed you where upset maybe,it's because of the way the doctor's had attended to you.

You need to cheer up & be strong it's,not the end of the world.

"....book of Paul Bragg 'the Miracle of Fasting..."
talking about Paul Bragg and the miracle of fasting, could you pls share link to his blog or website on this forum ?Such Info's could be beneficial to other's.I'm thinking about how to control my eating habit.

Thanks

He wrote about someone that had horrible bad breath and body odor that was cure in 1 year by doing 7 to 10 days of water fast 4 times a year. With weekly 36 hour of water fast. He adjust the refine sugar product with whole plant based product. Combine with brisk walk everyday. We need animal proteine to live. I will still eat my animal protiene without milk and sugar.

Instead of doing waterfast I will do green juice fast. 1 to 1,5 liter green juice a day with 2 liter of water. But I will try to do the 7 to 10 day of fasting and weekly fast. I hope that I can write a good review after 6 mouth from now.

Green juice: cumcumber, spinach, celery, 1 to 2 carrot, red appel (to taste).

In this link you can read about the story on page 83 till 86 from the book, not from the pdf.

Vegan is not good for our body. Because Paul Bragg believe in veganism. I no longer believe in that, but I believe in fasting to detox.

There's no harm in trying a water fast or a green juice fast. Your breath will probably get worse before it gets better though because fasting does that.

Back to the doctor thing. In my experience if you ever decide again you want help from a doctor, do not go there and say "I have bad breath" or "do I have bad breath?" Go there and complain about something that doctors know how to treat. Say your tonsils are infected, your wisdom teeth are hurting or you feel like you have ulcers (h pylori). Just say something you think may be causing your bad breath but don't directly say you have bad breath. Doctors seem more willing to help treat things they know but they are confused when you just say you have bad breath.
