Swansea, sounds like depression, for which therapy helps (I did it too). I lift myself by doing enjoyable things, such as drawing, walks in nature, listening to music, interesting/meaningful work. You should find your little moments of joy and purpose in life that don’t necessitate close human interactions. Those who have a “why” to live can bear any “how”.
