Liver Flush

Not sure if there is a topic on this already but has anyone tried Liver Flush routine or taking pills that claim to support Liver detoxification? These are usually Thistle milk based capsules.

I was reading it on another forum that someone tried and it helped.

"Basically it involves something like drinking only apple juice for 2 days and a couple of apples, then drinking some epsom salt+ Olive oil mixture"

Also, has anyone tried Magnesium + Zinc based oral supplements?
