Bad Breath that doesn't smell when stationary?

I need help in figuring out what my next move is going to be, i've until now tried
1. removing wisdom teeth(both lower ones)
2. tonsillectomy
3. Hyperbiotic probiotics ( and a whole lot of supplements)
4. tested postive for H.Pylori & got antibiotics, then tested negative (bad breath got better for only 2 days)
5. fasting for 4 days
But now i'm thinking there might be a bacterial overgrowth all over my gut, throat & even mouth, i'm saying this because while working in the office, i'm usually just sitting there for hours, my teammates never react until i make some kind of move, like getting up to get some water, moving to fix my posture, even just moving slightly closer to my screen, when i do move they do the usual ducking to avoid the smell, when i'm not moving at all its not bad enough to bother them, as soon as i make a move, BAM it hits them. i think the smell might be coming from more than my nose/mouth, although my breath smells if i breath out a bit hard from my nose, and definitely when i talk(usually i talk slightly off angle to avoid directly hitting them, which works all the time but always avoiding eye contact makes it seem like i'm shy or rude).
Has anyone experienced something like this? i've also heard some good things about Celery Juice every morning before breakfast any thoughts?
