Sinus Nebulizing cured me

Post by TheresHope »

As with many of your stories, I’ve tried just about everything for the odor coming from my nose and throat which I inherited from my dad. It first appeared at the age of 4. My grandmother noticed while getting me ready for preschool. I still remember the grimace on her face as she told me to close my mouth as she brushed my teeth. I didn’t understand then what was wrong but I knew it was something.

All through life I managed it with gum and mints but now in my 30s it became unmanageable. This happened after there was an uptick in my allergy symptoms. Now almost everything is an allergen for me. I did do nasal washes that didn’t help much because the upper sinuses remain inflamed and hard to reach. I knew I had to find a way to reach them that didn’t include inverting myself and doing a sinus flush to reach those cavities which stings like hell btw. Allergy meds that only masked the sneezing. Decongestants that actually cause more harm because they keep the mucus stuck in your nose and throat. Every herb that you can imagine I’ve done. Seems like it worked for a day and came back with a vengeance.

What helped was a nasal nebulizer. Alternatively one that covers the nose and mouth could work the same or better.
I’ve been experimenting with what I use, whether it’s saline, silver, a mixture of essential oils or peroxide but so far it has been doing an excellent job keeping the inflammation down allowing my sinuses to drain the mucus.

Guys I’ve literally never had to blow my nose so much in my life. The putrified mucus is leaving. To target my throat, I stick the device into my mouth and angle it at the back of my throat so that the mist gets back there.

I’ve also started adding antibacterial essential oils onto my tooth brush to help kill odor causing bacteria in the mouth and on the tongue.

This will only be beneficial for those with odor from the nose and throat. Most times it’s due to sinus congestion and rotting mucus stuck in there and in the throat. I also use that device that rinses the back of the nose. Navage I think it’s called and I’ve had that for years and it didn’t help but the combination of the 2 is working wonders. Hope it helps someone

Hi!
I saw improvement after the very first neb session. I literally eradicated at least a pint of mucus from my nose.
I do three (5 minute) sessions per day.

It was very bad. Morning breath was awful and deep. Normal breath was the tonsil stone, fecal, rotting mucus smell that projected across the room to knock someone out 20 feet away. The odor came from my nose even with my mouth closed. No visible tonsil stones, I believe the tissues actually started holding the putrified odor themselves.

Now my breath literally smells like nothing. Just airy.

I hope the results keep.

Here's how my bb is:

Room filling, literally.
smells like cheese/feces
Can't taste or or smell it myself, I know I have bb because people react and tell me constantly, that's the only way I know.

Thing is I heard bad things about nasal stuff like the nebulizer, I heard they can cause a rare brain eating disease that can cause death and It's almost impossible to cure because of it being rare so I'm kind of scared of that risk lol

Yes I can smell and taste it. I can smell it when I open my mouth if it’s bad enough or I’ll cup my hand and talk and there’s a kick back.
There’s no greater risk with a nebulizer than with a netipot or any other sinus rinsing device. The danger is in using tap water or any other water besides distilled. As long as you use distilled water or something other than water it’s perfectly safe. I’ve used only saline, peroxide or colloidal silver as bases with essential oils mixed. Using regular water can certainly cause mold and other pathogens to enter the sinuses and you’re right, that’s the danger of using it incorrectly.

Would you mind sharing the brand of nebulizer you bought and where you purchased it from?

Pari-sinus nebulizer. It should come up in a google search. I think I bought it direct from the manufacturer but you can probably find it cheaper on other sites. It ran around $300 but so worth it. I no longer have the head congestion, headaches, earaches or sore tonsils like before. Worth the investment.

In fact this device worked so well for me I purchased a small handheld nebulizer from Amazon for my dog and that one was around 30 bucks for a battery operated one. Haven’t tried it on him yet but I’m sure it’s the same effectiveness

Update: I’ve been experimenting with different antibacterial essential oils and recently tried citronella, tyme & tea tree in peroxide. Seems to be effective. Has a bit of a slight spice feel which I like. I’ll also add that I only put 1 drop of each oil in the maximum amount of liquid the device holds. I also continue to use the essential oil mix in my nasal wash. I do both daily. So far so good!
