tongue cleaner for shower

I don't know why somebody did not develop a tongue attachment cleaner that connects to the shower hose.... i am using a water pik shower connector and when you clean the back of the tongue lots you can feel debris fall off like chunks during the day from your throat. That is the smell in most cases.
Also if you use a dental mirror you can check the back of the tongue, inside the throat and you will see the white patches....

we need wide attachment with possible brush that will shoot out water and that you can push in the throat behind the tongue and clean all the debris there
