A Misterious Story about a Member that supossedly got cured

Well guys, i´ve been waiting for some months for an update about this story, but i PM this member and he didn´t reply me anymore, I don´t know waht to do, it would we great to know what happened, if this guy is still cured or not. PLEASE if you read this post give us an update.....maybe JIMI you could get his email or something....

Here´s the story, some months ago, maybe some of you can remember it, Appeared here a new member with the nick ¨The Cure¨, and he claimed that he founded the cure, but for some unkwown reason, he didn´t wanted to tell here what it was, he was very misterious, but i PM him, and we arranged a chat meeting on this site.
The thing was, this guy get a Misterious tea in the country sides of japan from and old man, 4 cups a day for a month, and his bad breath was gone.
He said that it was gone in an 80%, and the rest he believed that would be gone with a tonsillectomy cause he got crypts and tonsil stones......

He really sounded very convinced, he promised to me that he would keep me updated, but he just disapeared...... i think we should track this thing if any of you have any idea, it´s not the first time that someone talks about some asian tea or some liquid like this....like the co-worker of elliot....so i wonder if there is some herb in japan that could be a cure??? could it be a cure and not be known???

Well I know that Japanese use mushrooms to treat bb & they also claim that they have a pill that can cure anything but I don`t know if he was talking about japanese green tea.

i'm pretty sure The Cure, was a bullshitter.. his first post was "I've found the Cure" and i think there was no text in his thread.. someone said 'well, aren't you goign to tell us?" or something like that.. then he said something we've all heard before and already tried...

I'm 75% sure this guy was full of shit and was out for a laugh.. I might research his posts later and see if I can find anything that might disagree with my claim but right now I'm calling him a jokester.

ER, if this guy is talking about what I think he is talking about, it is not actually a "tea." I've been drinking it for two weeks and haven't noticed any differences. It's a concoction of oriental herbs(most of which don't have any English names) that you typically boil for an hour each night and drink. Koreans, Japaneses, Chinese and many other Asians believe strongly in using herbs to cure the body instead of using "western" medicine. Elliot's old coworker was Korean and she drank this drink for some months before she was better. In oriental medicine, the trick is to be patient. Unlike western drugs where there's a quick fix for pain and problems(masks the problem instead of solving it), oriental medicine tries to get to the root of the problem slow and steady.

weird, I'm not sure I trust people who claim to have found something that are secretive about it. I know some people are just like that, so could be true or not. It does sound weird that this guy went all the way over to Japan, and can't even tell you where besides the "countryside". Plus the ? answers are a bit dim. Maybe english is too hard to speak, so he cannot communicate. His lack of excitement is not convincing, but then again, people are different.

seriously, there is no "cure" for bb. Bad breath is just a symptom of a million causes so there isn't an universal cure (unless its just masking the smell). Just because some tea helped someone doesn't mean that it will help others.

Hey everyone, I'm new on here so I'm sorry if this has already been covered somewhere else. Have any of you guys tried eating plain yoghurt (like the thick Greek style). Sounds stupid but I've been having strange bad breath for nearly a year that just popped up suddenly. Nothing seemed to help (even pro-biotic tablets). Started eating plain yoghurt and it's improved a lot. It's not a complete cure and it might not work for everyone but if you've tried everything else, there no harm giving it a try for a week or two and see how you go. I try to eat a small bowl of it twice a day. Good luck.

It's not a complete cure and it might not work for everyone but if you've tried everything else, there no harm giving it a try for a week or two and see how you go. I try to eat a small bowl of it twice a day. Good luck.

Yogurt definitely helps. I used to eat a lot of activia (1-2cups/day) and it felt like it eliminated a lot of the odor. Helped me with my digestion too. Now I don't know what do you mean with the "thick Greek style" (although I'm Greek and living in Greece

) but yogurt comes in many types and flavors, try to get the most natural you can. Without extra flavors and not the "drained" type (not sure if this is how its called in English).
