Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

when people say "white tongue" are they applying this term to "off-white" or "yellow-white" tongue? the back of my tongue always has an "off-yellow" "yellow-white" appearance (lesser so after oral care routine, moreso after eating, long time without oral routine)

ok but what is the deeper problem? does anyone have any clue what creates these symptoms?

i've been trying to get to the bottom of this bad breath thing for a while. i'm going nuts. long story short i've tried a lot of things but never feel successful. i'm been hopeful.. a little... as of late because it seems i've gotten things to a point where i'm pretty ok as long as i go through ...

i'm having decent success with hydrogen peroxide but i'm worried about this black hairy tongue business. all the things i've read about it says it's helped cured by peroxide but also caused by peroxide...wtf??? does anyone know what the hell the deal is with this?

also: two weeks ago approx i started eating a few spoonfuls of plain yogurt with active cultures twice a day: once in the morning and once at night.
