yes the bb was gone after 2 days. yah i still ocasionally have some vitamin c and more ocasionally i have vco.

but after my second day - it was gone. more like after the first day.

i really really wish there could be a worldwide cure for this... but am not sure.

ok... its like this. i had coconut oil in the afternoon with a few pills of vitamin C and in the morning there was only a little bit of bad breath. (almost none) - next morning there was none.

try vitamin C. it really worked for me - i still think it was the coconut oil that killed that bacteira ...

theres this guy at my work - he has bad breath just like i did... but i cant tell him about coconut oil - he will be so embarassed.

i dont know the term but its supposed to happen - its a reaction to all the bad bacteria being flushed out of your system.

How did I know i had bad breath:

1. i would brush my teeth and 20 minutes later it would be just the same.
2. I would lick the back of my hadn and smell it in 10-20 seconds... horible
3. i would blow into a clean towel or a blanket and smell it.
4. my mom told me once 5 or 6 ...

SO anyone? any results?

i woke up this morning - No bad breath. And i had so much sugary stuff for supper last night. did not even brush my teeth.
