I don't know exactly, it was certainly a trouble of digestif system (gastrointestinal tract) but I never made any analysis.

I could not get ground fenugrec, so i use curcuma and ginger. today is my first day, no results so far ;)

That's because it's not fenugrec it's "fenugreek" and it's a aromatic plant...and it's good for constipation and reducing pain.
And yes fenugreek it's known in the bad breath/body odor ...

Please would you answer the following:

Wikipedia says there are 80 different types of curcuma. Which type did you use?

Did you buy all 3 ingrediants in grounded form? Or did you chop and ground them yourself (the ginger root for example)?

Are you using 1/2 a spoon of the mix in a glass ...

If there is no result in 3-4 days, you should find somewhere the fenugrec, it is very important

I tried a lot of things , the one is working for me is the mix powder of fenugrec, curcuma and ginger root, twoo our three times half of spoon in a glass of water.
