I try to avoid milk products because they make my breath worse. However I´ve red somewhere that Kefir is different helps to get a good flora. Anybody knows if Kefir is really good or bad for BB?

I crumble the 200mg tablet, put it into a cup with a bit warm water, then rinse and gargle it for 3-5 minutes (the longer the more effective I guess).

been on metro mouthwash for 3 weeks, once or twice a day. Of all things I tried it seems to work best by far. BB is not completely gone, but after taking metro I seem to be pretty bb free for many hours and then only slight bb comes back.

Yes John, that story can be told by all of us. For me I don´t believe in god but I believe that maybe the people in this forum someday maybe find something relly good working.

The point is if life becomes unbearable with bb and you have searched the cause of it for years then you might be willing to try more heavy things.

Until now there is no prove that Metro mouthwash is bad for your system, am I right?

Is it not unhealthy to use metronidazole mouthwash permanently?

The question is should I try the antibiotic or do I have to expect that it could have a bad impact on my bb or the bacteria in my mouth?

I went to my doctor who I can talk about bb with and told her that I want to take Metronidazole. She told me that it is a very strong antibiotic and that she wants to make a smear for germs before.

In the result the only mentioned germ is Enterobacter cloacae, she told me that it should be only in ...
