Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

Hi guys. Everytime I brush my tongue, I notice that I have slime or slimy mucus in the back on my tongue. It's clear so I'm assuming it's mucus because what else can be back there that's slimy? What do you guys do for work?

So I went to work and it's been my third day. The girl sitting in front of me put an air purifier/fan on her desk today. She didn't have it there before. I'm pretty sure it's because I smell and it's going to her..

My lick test is less sour now. It's either because I stopped eating red meat and pork or because I started taking digestive enzymes !!!

True.. I wonder if people with normal breath have that problem too.

What do you think will help fix that?

I'm 24 too.

I'm trying to live my life. I had my first day of work today. Smelled fersure and that's all I can think about.. I had to eat gum all day and I'm sick of it

But still trying to live life.

We need to figure out how to keep our mouth moist.

I try to eat fruit at my work desk ...

We already know it's bad to have dairy because it will make our problem worse. Does anyone know if vegan cheese is still bad? Obviously it's not dairy but it has the same consistency as real cheese. Do you think vegan cheese will still be bad for our digestive system the same as real ccheese ?

I think my problem might be my tongue too or at least something to do with my mouth like dry mouth or something. I always have gum with me but sometimes that doesn't even help


My tongue always gets white after eating. Is that how yours is ?
