I have done around 5 blood tests during the last 2 years and every time my WBC and the number of white cells were too high. No explanation from the doctor ofcourse.

Yes it works like many others but it is also very important not to feed the bacteria by eating lots of sugar, junk food etc.

I am the same, all the time my lips and skin are dry and I have to apply creams many times during the day. The worst part is being thirsty all the time...even though I am drinking lots of water during a day. The only time that I did not have these problems was when I was on raw vegan diet.

Fats are not all the same. Omega-3 fats are actually converted into 'medicine' by your body. Most nuts contain no omega-3 and have really high omega-6 levels, just like feed lot beef.
