Thanks, interesting links. I will try the lactoferrin+ xylitol and might add in lysozyme. The only time I experienced something that felt like die-off was after 2weeks of lactoferrin+lysozyme. I suddenly had diarrhea for a period of 3-4 hrs together with shaking and feeling cold. I though it was a b...

I have nasal odor. On another forum, someone claimed success with 1% baby shampoo, amoxillin in saline (did not say concentration), with the mixture delivered with sinusense morning and evening for 2 days. I tried baby shampoo once and loss sense of smell partially for several hours so did not repea...

You can get the therapeuitc grade from Amazon. Mixed with water it's aslo a wonderl deodorant to spray in your room and can be used as breath spray also. Another note on baby shampoo that I tried to use for the same purpose: besides making you lose your sense of smell, it had been used in trials for...

I have been going back and forth on the cause of my bb for years, thinking it was intestinal, liver, stomach, or sinus problems. Like many of you I definitely believe that diet is a big part of it and I stay away from milk products, gluten and coffee. Stopping coffee definitely helped with my GERD, t...

Yes, it has. I used to have fecal breath that I could smell myself, and that is gone. I also rinse my sinuses with saline (the up and down method in the shower) and use smart mouth in the morning. This so far what has worked the best after covering the whole gamut. Lysozyme is an enzyme that weakens...

No gas for me, it actually makes me feel less bloated.
The best results I have obtained with lactoferrin are with taking 250 mg lactoferrin + 3 Lysozyme Plus pills three times a day before eating. Keep on an empty stomach for at least 30 min.
Cheers

This is a follow up of my previous post regarding synergistic effects of zinc + chlorhexidine. I recently started to use these two mouth washes with the best effects I have seen in years. I gargle with corsodyl 1 min in the morning, then 1 min with SmartMouth about 30 min-1 hr later, then SmrtMouth ...

So bottom line you can do it, there will be lows, but there will also be highs. Lots of things you have...

And if you try this, remember that you should not use toothpastes with detergent like SLS, it inactivates chlorheximide; I use Biotene.

I came across a couple of publications on PubMed where a mixture of the 2 was tried and gave remarkable results on VSC reduction. For some unknown reason Zn and chlorhexidine have a synergistic effect. In these studies subjects used 1min gargling morning and evening for 14 days. I have tried for 1 w...
