I don't know about that - I live in Australia and it's sunny all year round, everyone still catches colds in winter.... probably more to do with the temperature drop than the lack of sunshine.

I'm sure it's probably been mentioned before but has everyone been checked to see if they have GORD or GERD as I think it's known in the UK? Major contributor towards BB apparently. Involves an endoscopy to be checked out but it sounds feasible if you suffer from heartburn on a regular basis....

Same here too... I always drink at least half a litre of water with any food I eat. I went on a cruise a while ago, when I was on this cruise my BB totally disappeared - I first put it down to my stress levels being relieved as I was on holiday but all the while I kept thinking what Im I doing diffe...

I've been taking Mega B Vits (normal dose) for a week since reading this. I suffer from Type 1 BB which seems to have varying strengths to it, it normally gets worse through the day and I can tell this by the smell from my tongue if I rub my finger on it.... I too have noticed a reduction in the odo...

Free2breath - no need to get so defensive, I'm simply saying that some people don't like to be preached to. This forum is here to help us cope with living with BB and hopefully help find a cure for all. Your sentences make no sense at all. I'm happy for you to of almost found something that works fo...

Jimi - What has he lied about in my case? Are you saying that if the oral chromo detects hydrogen sulfide that it does'nt originate from the tongue? I did'nt see the "baldie scammer", I saw a different clinic which had the oral chromo machine but did sell the K12 stuff. They werent pushy, ...

I've just read somewhere on the internet that if the coating on the tongue re-appears after a few hours as mine does, that it could only originate from PND. I never thought I had PND but I do have a big deviated septum from a fight when I was younger. Sometimes in the mornings I have to clear my thr...

Maybe try what I just tried - it seemed to work.
1 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons of baking soda and mix with 3% hydrogen peroxide from the chemist. brush teeth and tongue, tastes like poo but does the trick! That's if the problem is your tongue.....
