Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

My bad breath is coming from my teeth instead of my tongue.
When i rub my tongue theres an odor but when i stick my tongue out for a few minutes theres no odor on it.
My breath actually smells like plaque ew.
when brushing today i actually tried the brushing technique with the top teeth bristles ...

is the most important part in gargling about tiltong your head back?

ive watched them and all it seems to do is confuse me more. i dont have the feeling of needing to gag or swallow while gargling thats how i know im not doint it right.

how far back is it suppose to go? how dou you know if you are doing it right?

please explain how to gargle i have a fear of choking it ever gets all the way back. bacteria from years is still on my tongue.
