However cheating like in videogames, that's ten times easier. you don't have xbox by any chance? RE sugar free VitC, good idea. I'm using GNC and they taste like candy. It's either real or fake sugar, but it's alot. Maybe that'll make a difference, because this C isn't doing jack for my problem exe...

I had amoxicillian/potassium antibiotics prescribed to me awhile back for "lump in the throat" sensation. I think they actually work. The next 2 days after you take one pill, you have a slightly clearer throat, and no bad taste. The dosage is 3 per day, but I'm not taking all that. I only ...

wfr, I mention to drink more water than normal, because the body cannot absorb the nutrients properly without it...and it aids in flushing the excess out. I'm no doctor, but from what I understand, Vitmain C may affect kidneys and liver, if it has to flush high quantities of itself out normally. Tha...

you guys could get 4000 mg of vitamin c if you drank three cups of orange or tomato juice. Not really, I have a carton of 100% natural orange juice in front of me. On the back it says it contains ~48mg of vitc/100ml. That would be 96mg of vitc per 200ml glass of juice ;) Yeah :D 4000 mg is ALOT... ...

Does anybody have difficulty sucking Vit C besides me? The acidity really hurts if I let it dissolve completely in my mouth. It's hard to describe the sensation, but it is like rinse with too much hydrogen peroxide. A little tiny piece of skin in my mouth just came off before I almost dissolved a c...

The nose and throat area are both the cause. If someone suffers from post nasal drip the bacteria will spread all over your throat area and not just the tongue. The tongue you can clean, but you can't clean the inside of your throat and nor your tonsils by yourself. And I'n pretty sure that the bac...

good bacteria for whom? Good bacteria for a "normal" person may not be good bacteria for you. I had been taking 90mg acidophilus tablets that also have 25mg bifidus for a couple of months and nothing happened at all, so I stopped. But hey, I'm certainly not the expert, and the tablets cert...

I feel like my tonsil area is the source of my BB. I sometimes clamp my throat with my hands and appply pressure while sucking upwards. That's where I can feel the very essence of the nasty bacteria and the taste of tonsil stones. A very sour and rotten chemical sensation. It's as if everything buil...

I try to eat as clean as possible but I'm still not sure if the effort (and it does take effort!) is worth the small reward. There are too many so-called problematic foods to avoid, and lunch is just difficult. White bread, cheese, sugar, meat... what am I supposed to eat? It's like you already suff...

also when your chewing gum, the jaw movement just gets the malodrous odors dancing around the throat and tonsil area. If you're chewing gum in front of a person, you might as well be talking to that person because you're only invigorating the bacteria and forcing it through the mouth or nostrils. Pu...

actually even brushing your teeth stimulate saliva, but when tongue brushing it helps to lubricate the situation!
My old doc told me never to scrape too hard at the bumps at the back of the tongue, so try and be careful.

I haven't tested this idea long enough to know if it really works, but what I've been doing is drinking a small bottle water and leaving about an inch of water left in the bottle, screw cap back on and leave it for tomorrow. Next day, unscrew the cap and instantly take a smooth whiff of the opening....

I have a tongue brush called GUM brush that I think works better then TUNG. The shape is wider, the bristles are less rigid, and the back has teeth that wipe off all the gunk when you finish brushing. Scrubbing too hard opens up the pores in the tongue and bacteria can get right back in. The hard br...

I had silent reflux cancelled out after manometry and an internal ph test where I had a monitor clipped to my esophagus for 3 days. Results: normal acid levels. So the doctor labelled the lump in throat to be "hypersensistive throat" and said doctors just don't know how to diagnose this. O...

anytime I eat meat or a fibrous food that gets stuck in between teeth (actually its the same few teeth everytime), if I don't floss it out at night, it will smell horrible (like tonsiloth/ammonia). Once I floss it out, it's gone. I think it's simply the bacteria trying to eat the leftover dinner bet...
