No offense but a water pik + oral probiotics is the best bacteria removal method bar none. Evrything else is child play even antibiotic and scalding. Stop wasting your time and money on trivial things folks

Hate to burst your bubble but oil pulling is a temporary solution. While the practice does remove a number of bacteria, oil pulling cannot loosen the bad guys under the gum line.

I think your flosser is the #1 reason. Stop or lessen sugar plays a very important role but it's probably not the primary reason why your bb is under control for pretty much everything we eat has some form of sugar in it.
