This morning almost zero PND. A little bit on my better side, the left side, probably because I sleep on that side all night, but basically 95% less than usual. My voice is also clear. Sprayed both sides again just now and did the valsalva manouver. Both ears unclogged. Let's see what the day brings.

When you all talk about PND, can you feel the mucus? Or can it be a "phantom" problem? I only got PND for 2 weeks a year ago.

If you can smell it yourself, you probably have it. Also if you have mucus in throat it's almost a guarantee.

So hydrogen peroxide cures your breath for 7-8 hours? What is the problem then? Just use hydrogen peroxide every 7-8 hours and you're good. No one would think it's weird. Even random people get bad breath after a few hours of not brushing, eating, smoking etc.

You should try brushing the area behind the flap where your tonsils are. I posted about it today, check my posts.Won't hurt to try. And gargle vigorously with baking soda, also brush tongue with baking soda all the way to the back. Hope this helps you.

maybe you are right but PND itself is because another causes in body. PND is not a main reason its a effected. yes it causes BB but we should deal up with that main reason that causes PND and then BB to give up halitosis.
