tonsillectomy, get it done, don't be soft.

my PND seems to get worse just after brushing teeth. it feels as though, the more mucus the worse the smell gets. my PND has a tint of yellow in there when i spit it out in the morning. smell been quite bad past few days for me. i can taste it and smell it- its not pretty. still waiting on a ct scan ...

i tried this with listerine a few years ago. people at work were remarking "has someone been drinking? it smells heavily of alcohol round here". obviously my breath reaked of the listerine but that stuff blasts out whatever is lurking around the gums.

have you had a ct scan of your sinuses? when ent docs do the nasal endoscopy they can not see into the sinus, only the openings. i am the same as you however my stench seems to radiate from the right side behind my nose. currently waiting for a ct scan myself.

had tonsilectomy first- no joy.

had a tornwaldt cyst removed- no joy.

had all 4 wisdom teeth removed - no joy.

had a 2nd tonsillectomy - quite a lot of tissue not taken out the first time- still no joy.

had an adenoidectomy and removal of 2 tornwaldt cysts- no joy.

hi NOTANYMORE i sent you a private message. I am like 80% near the end of my trauma, i just need to know how to approach the next doc. TMAU definitely not for me.

I think it's possible the PND doesn't smell but instead carries the infection into the throat. There have a been a few occasions i've snorted out thick glue textured like snot-balls from behind nose- squished them and had a rotten egg smell. and no they're not tonsil stone like.

Telling us to grow ...

only way to get rid of stones is whip your tonsils out.

I don't know why but I laughed out loud at the doctor being asked if he had farted.... (sad reality for us sufferers but you gotta laugh sometimes).

hm.. would tongue scraping with hydrogen peroxide or chlorine dioxide toothpaste not help you reduce your halitosis? or is your halitosis from the nose area?
