Re: 21 Years of Suffering-Tonsilectomy

Hello everyone This is my update 5 weeks post tonsillectomy and adenoid removal. My breath is still fresh. I currently chew gum maybe once every two days for extra freshness (I used to have 3 pieces of gum at a time when desperate). After suffering for so long I think I have developed halitophobia....

Who got cured?

Hi everyone, aside this issue that is making us so afraid of living I hope you are all ok, I am really curious to know if there is anyone on here that has actually found a cure, I have done everything I can regarding oral health, my only hope now is to take a h pylori test and in the chance I am act...

Re: I'm only 17, so would my health insurance cover an endoscopy?

Do you know roughly when your bb began? I have an impacted wisdom tooth too but I noticed my B.B. began before my wisdom tooth ever erupted, further when I swipe it with a q tip there is never a bad smell coming from it so I doubt in my case it would be, try and remember if you had any reactions pri...

Hey a cure is a cure, no one has any proof of whether dita is saying the truth or not but we should respect and value each other’s experiences and cures regardless of how easy they may seem... we’re all in this together let’s be nice to each other :)

Tonsillitis

Hey everyone, hope you are all good (aside this problem we all share of course sigh...) I was wondering, could tonsillitis cause long lasting infections in tonsils? I ask this because I have been reading a lot of people being cured or seemingly cured by tonsillectomy and how some didn’t Know they ha...

Re: 21 Years of Suffering-Tonsilectomy

Hello Long-time lurker here. It all started when I was about 7 or 8 years and my older sister was back from varsity during the holidays and she asked if I had brushed my teeth and that I should brush my tongue. Everything went downhill from there from my classmates making fun of me to getting tooth...

Re: Is it possible to have 2 causes of bad breath?

It is possible, if I were you i’d rule out the tonsil stones first, you could gargle with hydrogen peroxide which is meant to act as a sort of disinfectant in the mouth and might help with bacteria such as tonsil stones make sure to mix it properly as too much is obviously harmful alternatively you ...

Re: My road to recovery

This is truly heartbreaking, I hope you will get permanently cured or at the very least find an effective way to manage this damn problem... you mention you had a hernia, have you been tested further regarding your intestines? I’ve read a lot of people have tested for h pylori and found some relief,...

H pylori

Does h pylori give most of you (us) B.B.? If this has indeed something to do with it then what are some of the other symptoms you have experienced? (Those that have tested positive for h pylori) I am thinking to go to my gp and ask for a blood test to test it as I am in a hopeless position at the mo...

Re: Fart breath

Because anaerobic bacteria (the bacteria responsible for bad breath) does not need you to eat food for it to grow - it can feed on the dead cells in your mouth. Right that makes sense... do you have any idea or any similar symptom to mine? I don’t really know if it even stems from gerd or silent re...

Re: Fart breath

GERD means our sphincters are not closed properly right? But most of us have normal result for our endoscopies. If our sphincters are closed properly, how does smell leak out? I suspect mine is due to LPR too. But I haven't had any LPR symptoms for over a year after I maintained a strict diet. I wo...
