What i'm trying next is:

-Vegetarian diet, no gluten, no dairy, little starchs, don't know if have legumes or nuts for protein.
-Do the food intolerances test and try a diet according to that
-See an hepatologist, an endocrinologist, and some doctor expert in the gut.
-TMAU testing
-Alcaline diet ...

Celiac Disease
Thyroid problems

Thyroid can cause bb from nose and mouth. And sometimes it can be fixed with iodine supplement or thyroid medication.

I literally hate that kind of life compromising on food too.....
Due to this i have compromised on everything .....
Talking with people, being in crowd , watching movies in theatres..... many more a boy this age can do.....
The only thing i enjoy is food and sleep......
