Tunggel is a good tip. Brushing tongue several times a day also is good advise. Also stop eating meat and other foods that give bad breath. Drink water. Brush tongue really good. Thanks for the comments. I think its GERD / reflux. Because when i eat too much the food comes back up.

Wow you guys are brave, i would never ever dare use bleach even diluted. My mouth smells like a sewer but it isn't a toilet.
I'm gonna try xylitol and baking soda. Also i'm gonna stop eating meat everyday.

I would prefer salt water instead of mouthwash, or club soda and baking soda. Cheaper and less ingredients.

I tried this today and i don't know how long it will help but it helped. It was club soda with a touch of mint. I'm gonna experiment more with this. Thanks.
