H. Pylori causes bad breath, if you cured it with antibiotics, it helped. Liver flushes is your next step, as many as possible. I had done more than a hundred, it will help a lot. 100% cure still in the works.

So, if you have an ulcer and gastritis it means you have h pylori which causes bad breath.
