thanks, I'm looking into Dr. Van Konynenburg's work with regard to methylation block, something that causes glutathione depletion and triggers CFS. I've been overlooking mine for too much time.

ahah It's like seeing my life again and again, I too got my normal tonsils removed. Then it didn't solve anything and was convinced the problem were my lingual tonsils, so I started seeing ENTs to get them to remove them. Luckily they didn't. So much of my time wasted....

How do you guys know if you have a nosal bb? very very hard to be aware of, a little hint is the smell of the dried mucus in the nose, mine smelled of onions of course because of sulfate. otherwise yea you'd better ask, I recall when I had no awareness of it I thought as long as I had my mouth shut...
