Re: Smelling own breath outside

That’s some hi tech stuff right there. Thanks for your knowledge dr aydin. If I brush and go through my routine I cannot smell my own breath. I do the lick test and get a stale saliva bad smell. I also get a bad smell if I rub some cotton gauze on back of tongue. But generally don’t smell any offens...

Re: My remedy _oral probiotic Streptococcus salivarius K12

I want to try the m18 strain but it’s very hard to source within these covid times but I don’t have high hopes anyway I have this vague memory this k12 was angled more towards fresh breath but now I see it’s going more throat guard? And probiotic route......

Re: Long time sufferer from the Philippines

I have a few Filipino friends I would say they react less than most other people . Maybe just friendly people... I too am a long time sufferer. I blocked it out for a few years and worked and made money. But recently I thought I can’t keep Living like this. There’s hundreds of products to try and it...

Re: is my BB from the gut

My logic tells me it has to be from the gut. Everytime I take a new supplement. After couple hours I get the taste /feeling of whatever supplement pill I was taking in my mouth, sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad. I especially notice this when taking vitamin d. Now it could be coming back up the...

Re: I hope this helps. 99 Percent BB Free.

Does seem like a simple fix for you. Good for you. I would agree the dieting helps. I would say going dairy free, onion and garlic free, low sugar diet definitely helps but doesn’t eliminate... it’s just seem to keep the white coating on tongue at bay for a little longer... but eventually wins. Goin...

Re: lost for ideas

Sometimes the stress from Being in public with odour issue makes you nervous of reactions . I mean sweating is normal and I think most people would get a smell after the end of the day of work . You can try some prescription underarm roll on and it should keep you dry. I sometimes apply and it lasts...
