I don't really know if there are tests for bacteria in the throat. I know that some people in this forum made test of bacteria species of their mouth in some labs I guess. Maybe you can make that kind of test but focused on lingual tonsils, you can ask to your doctor or to some labs.

How did you check your throat ? You can have billions of bacteria causing bad breath in your throat and they are invisible.

If you have a room filling bb, the origin might be your throat. Did you try Raymond's breathing method ?

If the origin is the throat, things like pnd and acid reflux (or lpr) can make everything much worse.

Are there other people who've been able to breath the right way constantly ?
I've had periods on and off trying to breath that way but I always switch off to my old breathing. And I'm actually almost sure the my root cause is in my throat.
