Celery juice does give me a fresh feeling in the mouth indeed. I think we could say it ‘helps’. Celery has an anti-inflammatory substance and some people say it’s really good for digestive issues such as gerd and sibo.

It looks like Aloe Vera helped me in the start when I took it for the very first time.
This is how glutathione works for me. 3-4 days it’s fine, then back to ‘normal’ (even if i keep taking it)

I think this is normal since mucus is coming from the nose through a hole that’s at the back of the throat. So when you gargle you actually reach that zone where the mucus comes from, so it is normal for the mouthwash to be thicker when you gargle.

Many people actually. A teacher from years ago, I think he was aware of it because he used to cover his mouth with his hand all the time but I could still feel it. He was a really kind person. A colleague from back then as well, although I saw him a couple of years ago and we talked but his breath w...

Little update: I accidentally ate gluten yesterday (my mom baked a millet bread for me and used baker’s yeast - on the tag it says ‘may contain gluten’ -) and I felt like someone was stabbing my stomach from the inside. Also, this morning my cotton swab had a little fecal smell. I think I’m finally ...

Has there been any difference in your BB in those 25 days? Yes, definitely. I rub a cotton swab on my tongue every morning and night and smell it. It used to smell like feces. By day 14 the smell was gone and hasn’t come back since. Although I’m not sure my bad breath is completely gone, this is de...

5 year update. The dilute sodium hypochlorite rinse effectively managed my BB until a couple of months ago. Over 5 years in total. I guess the bacteria in my mouth finally became resistant to it. I am grateful that I had the chance to live a somewhat normal life for a period of time, as I know many...

Btw there are others gut related diseases that usually cause your stool to float the most common is Celiac disease which i've seen in the past as a possible cause of bb. So maybe try this one if SIBO test is negative. There are others diseases that make you unable to absorb fat properly but are unc...

Those of you who feel like the NAC and/or gluthatione help because of issues with your liver -- can you taste your bad breath or do you just know you have it because of other peoples reactions? Do you have white tongue coatings. I've taken NAC because it is supposed to help reduce excessive mucus a...

@Anne2323 are you saying the Glutathione helped when you first started taking it but it's no longer working?
Yes, my halitosis was completely gone for like 2-3 days (right at the beginning) and then it came back.
