Guys, just google the fast tract diet. If low fodmap partially works for you, you most probably have SIBO. But most people don’t fully heal from de low fodmap diet. The fast tract diet sounds promising to me. I found a video of a woman on YouTube, she was dealing with SIBO for quite some time (as y...

It’s SIBO. Veggies ferment in the gut, producing gas. Try eating only low fat meat (like roasted chicken breast) for 3-4 days and you’ll see results. Research the fast tract diet to be able to add more good aliments to your diet. The thing is, what’s generally perceived as ‘healthy’ isn’t healthy fo...

I removed all 4 of my wisdom teeth. It takes about two weeks for the wound to heal so it can be smelly for a few days. If you think the wound is infected, ask your doctor for antibiotics. Mine gave me antibiotics for preventing any infections. I got them out in 2 surgeries. It didn’t have any impact...

Btw there are others gut related diseases that usually cause your stool to float the most common is Celiac disease which i've seen in the past as a possible cause of bb. So maybe try this one if SIBO test is negative. There are others diseases that make you unable to absorb fat properly but are unc...

You tried it? Is there a recommended one or are they all the same? I want to give it a try even if apparently i haven't candida overgrowth. Should I also follow a candida cleanse diet or supplements for 3 months are enough? I do not have candida. I’ve been tested for it. I’ve researched it for a fr...

I will start using oregano oil capsules since I have symptoms of SIBO (Not diagnosed yet). Hopes it will work. I strongly advise you not to. SIBO is terribly hard to cure so it usually needs a more complex treatment. If you start using just a piece of what’s supposed to be your treatment, the bacte...

I think my stool usually floats yeah Have you been tested for SIBO? I just ordered a breath test from Spain (100 euros but it might be cheaper if you’re closer to the country) here https://www.laboratoriocalderon.com/producto/airtest-para-el-sibo/ . In less than 2 weeks I’ll know if I have SIBO. Th...

I might have not drunk so much water during the night but I’m planning on drinking more, waking up on purpose to test this theory.
I’ll keep you updated.
Yeah, that was why my bottles didn’t smell..

This is for people with stomach issues such as IBS, GERD, SIBO etc. I’m close to getting diagnosed with SIBO and reflux so I’ve been researching treatment options. So many people have tried the low fodmap diet and failed. I recently found this diet option, the fast tract diet- it seems to work where...

Also, if you’re really stressed about it, try a candida cleanse supplement. Google it and you should find the ones available in your country. Take it for at least a month, but it’s better to take it for 3 months.
