I know this might sound crazy lol... but i change my toothbrush twice a day. Once i brush my teeth i throw away the toothbrush lol. I buy cheap multipacks of brushes so its not too expensive

I think they are ok in moderation. Make sure you drink plenty of water before during and after though, as nuts generally dry your mouth. I would keep away from salted peanuts..

Stankie, maybe if you have 1 a day? They are meant to stabilize your blood sugars. They are very good for you. It might be beneficial?

I have been doing some research lately, and i see that beetroot juice is great for helping freshen breath. I bought some beetroots from the supermarket today ,and they are very cheap. I juiced 2 of them and drank it.

Has anybody had any success or information about beetroots regarding bad breath?

Halitosisux _ Please could you explain further the procedure of Zinc/chlorexidine to help with BB. It sounds very interesting and it is something I have not tried.

Im from the UK and i went to the family doctor and i asked for a H Pylori test. The doctor had no problems with it. I just told her I had stomach cramps, fatigue and halitosis. I sent off a poop sample and my H Pylori test came back negative

Maybe i have liver trouble. If i drink too much alcohol my nasal odour stinks for days after. Which happens on almost a weekly basis. I need to do the liver flush and stop drinking to see if i get any improvements? I remember sitting at the back of the bus once, and two young girls were nose rubbing...

I have room filling nasal odour. Iv had my wisdoms taken out. Iv also had my tonsils taken out.
The question I need to know is,, Can nasal odour be caused by mouth/teeth/tongue problems?

Yeah id say go for it and then report back if you feel its benefited. Colon Hydrotherapy is not mega expensive so you have not much to lose. Iv thought about it before aswell.

Thanks for your input. I think maybe the water fast might be a little too extreme and risky. Im thinking of doing a green smoothie fast for a few weeks. That sounds a lot healthier.
