If there is one thing I've learned from having bad breath it's to expect nothing. My expectations have lowered in all aspects of life and I've learned to just appreciate the little things. Sad I know, and it's not like I don't enjoy myself, but I can't enjoy life the way I used to. Plain and simple....

Ok so it's been a long time since I've posted and I've decided that since I hit a brick wall in my investigation as reflux being my cause Ill make a new post. So after months of reflux diet I've seen no improvement. While researching and doing some poking around my mouth I've noticed several things....

Hey all, just stopping in for an update... I made a pact to myself and my doctor not to frequent these sites anymore. Not because I don't find them helpful, but because the more time I spend here the crazier I get looking for a cure. I've accepted the fact that I have halitosis, but I have not given...

Nice post. I've found that the more I scrape the worse the coating would get. I scrape using orabrush once in the morning and once at night, but I brush AFTER I scrape. This combined with a diet that I've been trying has virtually eliminated my tongue coating, which has been really bad in the past. ...

Sometimes I can smell it "bouncing off" of people, for example when approaching someone at work when I get into their personal space I catch a whiff of myself, never very pleasant but I do know for a fact that its my breath cuz it smells the same every time it happens

I can go for periods of a week or so where things are great, then I get one bad reaction and its like my world is over for a few days. Almost like I'm manic/depressive. I'm in the process of trying to find time for a therapist, but work is so busy this time of year. I've always suffered from some so...

Gums are definitely an issue that cannot be ignored. Starting there will be best. Keep in mind there is no overnight cure for gum disease, so if you're underlying cause is the gums, your cure will take time, patience, and vigilance. Most important is patience. It's so easy to feel sorry for ourselve...

I couldn't tell you for sure whether or not treating gum disease would cure you, but it's a damned good place to start wouldn't you think? I started my journey with root canals and tooth extractions( all of which were necessary) only to find out that now my bb may be coming from acid reflux. All I c...
