Yup, I recently had this test done for ongoing bowel issues which I suspect to be connected to my sinus congestion and PND. I just got the results and they were pretty abnormal I was told. Double the normal amount of IgA + IgM against aerobic bacteria and yeast, almost triple the amount for anaerobi...

I'm still using this morning and night with success. The bad taste doesn't come back so quickly now. My mouth just feels easier in general to keep clean. I definitely still need my gum though.

Do you think that eliminating meat from my diet would make much of a difference if I've already eliminated dairy and grains?

It is in fact still improving in effectiveness with each use. It was day 3 this morning and I noticed it lasted slightly longer and the terrible taste in my mouth is not as strong even after just waking when it'd normally be worse than it was. Nothing to get too excited about so far but if this tren...

Tried your method this morning. My mouth definitely felt fresher afterwards than I've known for some time but it only lasted 35-45 minutes before I could taste something foul again. My PND is probably a bit too much for this alone to handle I think. I'll be continuing this for a few weeks and hopefu...

I actually switched to the Oral B toothpaste with zinc after I read that post quite awhile ago. It helps a lot. Now I just need to find zinc lactate in gum form..

GSE = Grapefruit Seed Extract
Did you try sinus rinses before you used GSE in them with any results? I've tried rinses with xylitol, tea trea oil, iodine etc. with limited success.

Haha the ol' "oh god I hope that's not me" :-& It's almost like it mixes with something minor in their breath making it unique and then it's blown back at you. I'm not sure how the nose loses sensitivity to familiar smells but it's probably somehow fooling it into believing it's a new ...

$5000 ouch. In England we pay our taxes and national insurance and our NHs is "free". i don't think health care should be so expensive, it disgusts me. The balloon procedure is not covered by insurance here which is a shame because it's supposed to be highly effective and have almost 0 re...

Neti pots are great, especially when you mix the saline solution with stuff like xylitol. Too bad the sinus congestion and drip relief never lasts very long at all. The best use for it would definitely be a good cleaning in the morning to get things moving up there again.

Thank you for this information! Chewable peptos have been a great help when I have needed to make sure my breath is bearable for at least an hour or two. The effects don't seem to last much longer than that though. The first morning after taking them, as expected, I woke up with a horribly black ton...

I've got the same problem. Constant, 24/7 fullness for 8+ years deep in the sinuses causing drip to run into my throat all day that quickly begins to sour. I have no other symptoms other than breathing through my nose is harder than it should be. Seen two ENTs, one said he only saw inflammation but ...

I think how we deal with stress and how we are proned to stress has lot to do with our bad breath. Worrying about bad breath causes stress and seems like an involuntary signal or reaction for us to get away from people. Maybe bad breath is a sign for us to relax and to get away from stressful situa...

I have had the exact same problem for 8+ years now. Tested negative on skin prick for every allergy, twice. Constantly congested 24/7, sounds like I have a stuffy nose all the time + sinus headaches and never-ending PND. It's not related to the season or where I live, and I've been across the world ...
