Kefir yogurt is said to be the most healthy with the most powerful probiotics of any type of yogurt. When I get my powder, I'll try adding a little to each batch of Kefir yogurt I make beforeit curds. Then after I cool it in the fridge, I'll add more. Kefir is so easy to make. Just get your milk, b...

I agree Thanatos, juice makes my breath HORRIBLE. It could be that the sugar in the juice will feed the K12 good bacteria, but if that was the case why would they then tell you to rinse well with water afterwards? If it's just the acid to kill everything off surely ACV or chlorohexadine would work ...

Hi, This is a question for sweets07. I'm going to try the Blis K12, I'm trying not to get my hopes up as I've had bb since my teens (I'm 33 now), and nothing I've ever tried has ever done much to help with this problem. I was just wondering, you said it works alot better if you use juice and yougur...

This is a message for sweets07, I've left a message at the end of one of the other threads but there are so many and some \re dealing with the same things so I'm not sure where to post my messages. Could you have a look at my posting, it's on one of the other threads about Blis K12? Also, could you...

i don't know why i find these stories you write about women so intriguing. as for your interpretation of what men like in women, i guess guys are always turned off by me not because of my breath but because i'm very open, opinionated, and dominant around guys i think are cute. as a result, i always ...

I actually encourage you to do this. If they reply to you youll find that im a college student sitting in my dorm room. They may even go through my email, which will show you that i have written to therabreth before telling them that their toothpastes don't work for me and make my BB worse. haha th...

have you tried: 1. TUNG brush 2. sugar free yogurts those things are very helpful. also try to avoid toothpastes that make the mouth pH basic. a neutral to acid pH is best for reducing bb bacteria overgrowth. hang in there and it you can try to find a confidant to help monitor your breath and be a g...

I'll be the one laughing all the way to my next party where I can flirt and talk in ppl's faces in happiness while they are in their hole bashing ppl here for sharing positive results. i don't know if i have that much confidence! in the past i've been "caught" so many times with bb and a ...

that's interesting. i had completely written off mouthwashes, but i guess maybe there is some hope. i'm not surprised about the therabreath plus mouthwash. i swear anything with zinc in it is just terrible for the breath. it's like bb bacteria have a fit and mutate out of control when exposed to zin...

Sweets, Did you notice right away this was working for you or did it take a couple of days for it to kick in? Also you describe your odor as having a dead fish smell. Mine is more the methy mercantile and sometimes even fecal. In the beginning it was the rotten egg smell. I just wonder if how well ...

Thanks for reply. If it works for me I wonder if I could take it to work and use it several times a day for full relief. I know this is a stupid question but do you HAVE TO stick to the twice a day rule? i wondered that myself, but really morning and night should be plenty. it is better to start sm...

what is the problem here??? the K12 is very effective if you follow a twice a day regimen with juice/yogurt and use the powder over the lozenges. i'm sure most that have tried K12 in the past have not used this method, and that is why it failed. take it from someone who deviated from it for a week a...

I would like there to be a K12 tongue gel so that we can use a tung brush to brush it as deeply as possible into the crevices of our tongues. I'm thinking that this could be made by the user easily if we could find a basic gel without anti-bacterial properties that we can mix some K12 powder into. ...
