good work on finding this. it is clear we have a genetic defect because ch is so uncommon. i've been convinced it is the immune system because it is supposed to keep the amount and types of bacteria in the body tightly regulated.

i remember the night my best friend transferred her bb to me through some chapstick (very shitty day), she told me my breath didn't smell like anything. she even put her nose all the way in my mouth and smelled my breath. to me my breath smelled like fish... and even the next morning when i woke up ...

have u ever tried just brushing your teeth and tongue and forgetting the rest of the routine for a few months? if i recall you have been using a mouthwash. i don't know, it just seems like mouthwashes make things worse for the breath.

i bet if you quit the halitosis elimination routine, your breath ...

i'm pretty sure that bb bacteria cause pnd. when i started on the k12 my pnd was reduced from 100-90% and this is all despite having allergies.

i get a bad taste when my mouth gets dry. unfortunately taste doesn't correlate to breath odor though

sorry for the post bombardment but just to give you more perspective on my status...

i just flossed my teeth for the first time in a few weeks. usually a fecal smell will come up and all i got was a "poor hygiene" smell. also i swabbed my tongue and smelled nothing

thank you for sharing this great story. i am so very pleased that you have made it to the other side of this horrible experience called halitosis.

i have pockets behind my wisdom teeth that i can stick my tongue in, so i will consult my dentist which i haven't seen in about a year.

and yes the reactions i perceive or assume people are having to my breath are horrifying.

it is painful and humiliating. it's this look that people have in their eyes and they become really really still. i alway wonder what they are thinking.

interesting post. i have a lot of issues aside from bb.... i go out a lot and have a lot of friends, but when all that is gone and i'm by myself some nights i realize how much i don't like myself and how people never get to know the real me because i have to work so hard to hide my breath and many ...

also i think the k12 is really helpful for me because i am a severe case. my bb was completely unheard of. i've met a lot of people with feces or stale breath but never an intense smell of rotting dead fish. that is SO not normal.

anyway, it's not entirely true that my bb is "back." i am dependent on the k12 to live a normal life actually. i add it directly to my tongue ...
