I'm sorry, there isn't much to talk about. In this fog of halitosis I've become a bad person, done bad things, and now my mind is always in the wrong place. interesting, i had all 4 molars removed at once which was greatly painful =[ and laying in bed one day I had the most painful acid reflux in my life. water couldn't bring it down, so i just slept through it, a few days later i notice my bad breath comes and goes. eventually it seems contained.

you know the reactions people give, those around always get used to it. try going to a store with lots of people o.o; and asking workers for this and that. just a way to check for reactions.

aum, i'm having some kinda jaw problem and this maybe related to bb. anyways because of it i started chewing food only on the right side of my mouth o.o. this is the 3rd day and i hope it will rebalance my jaw so it'll be ok o.o;

now honestly someone with halitophobia is reacting to smell, what other reason could there be? someone with bad acne WILL make the person he/she is talking to AWARE that he/she has bad acne. trying to hide it is like covering water with glass. sure it's covered but you can still fukin see it.

ok i googled it again to refresh my memory. i see from some sites saying it's too acidic, i see some sites saying it's a part of an alkaline acid diet, i see sites saying it helps balance the alkaline in the body, etc.... i don't wanna argue over these things so wether it's alkaline or not it helps ...

if your talking about apple cider vinegar i believe it's alkaline. it improved my bb a bit i think, but more importantly it made me feel better and also improved digestion.

Could be releasing stress, but I think maybe loosening muscles around the tonsil area as well, sort of massage to the throat. I do similar things even when I'm not conscious of it.
