Hey Macks I've been treating mine with really effective anit-candi tablets, taking 2 at lunch and 4 before bed, althought this exceeds the stated dose. It has made a slight difference to my breath but has a huge impact on the thick gungy mucus at the back of my throat, and sorry for this next gross ...

Anyone try Retardex products? Anyone know the ingredients? I know no rinse can cure-but I'm looking to at least manage symptoms better. The website directs those not in Europe to a site that sells Closys products which are sold here. Are they the same thing? daisyk im in the uk and have a bottle he...

You shouldn't do that, brushing can only help. lol cat, 3 minutes, thats it? it takes me half and hour to go thru my routine, i floss, use a waterpik, brush until my mouth feels clean, use water/salt mouthwash, and use a neti pot. I do this every morning and every night. Dave, does your routine sto...

I'm just growing tired already. I spend so much energy on this. I feel like I just want to be left alone. Go build a log cabin in the Rockies and live off the grid with my dogs with nobody around. A cure or even a way to control this seems like not an option anymore. I'm seeing some peace in just b...

One Day, I also live in the UK. There are so many probiotics available. Solaray do a good range, which you can order on line, or even go to an independant health food store.
And of course theres Holland and Barratt, who's staff are on hand to help advise.

Besides, just getting the physical part of the reproduction process completed is hard enough with this stupid BB  :| LOL, this is very true! Interesting that your mother has it too. just wondered. my answer is most definately yes. my mother has bb and i've had it since age 12, i just couldnt bear to put another being through this life. i think its selfish to put a child/adult through all that so have chosen not to have kids. kindof resent her for having me, knowing there was th...
