It'd be interesting to know how bad your problem was... did you have chronic halitosis..? Did people around you confirm this..? How would you/they caracterize the "aroma"? If you want to give even more info there's a survey here.

Where exactly is it..? I find it incredibly hard to get a good overview of what's going on back there. If it's a collection of mucous can't you just reach back and clean it up..? I'm also seing an ENT next month and am wondering what would be the ultimate way to map out the sinuses / cranial cavitie...
