If anyone does try the antibiotics, don't forget to immediately switch to probiotics after doing the 8 days. Otherwise, the antibiotic resistant strains can take over and cause more trouble. Regarding where to get them, there are web sites that sell antibiotics and other meds without a prescription....

I have some on order through the web. I'm saving it as a last resort. It's supposed to be effective with Helicobacter pylori, which I think may be causing my bb and reflux problems. My bb comes from my throat, not my mouth as far as I can tell. I gave the blue light a shot, but didn't notice much im...

I did not use the light this AM since I left it at work , I did not use H2O2 for 2 days , I drank some beer yesterday PM . I still feel that my breath is OK , my tongue looks pinker and when I scr...

Does it have any side effects?
It turns the skin blue. (Just kidding.) It does sound promising for killing these bacteria that are sensitive to blue light. Fortunately for us, the halitosis/gingivitus germs are in that category.

Interesting. I've been taking an over-the-counter antacid (famotidine) once a day for some time now. It doesn't prevent the bb by itself but helps with nighttime acid reflux. I'm pretty certain that I got infected with a stubborn type of bb bacteria back in 2006. It's a type that doesn't coat the to...

I've been trying it for the past week. It definitely helps the gums. All the sensitive spots I could feel with the waterpik are gone. It's also helping with the bb as far as I can tell.
I've tried both forms: ubiquinone and ubiquinol. Google them for more info.

From what I read about OP, it's considered a long term detox method. In the short term it could actually make you feel worse as the toxins are leaving the system. Unfortunately that encourages people to quit it. I'm trying it since it's supposed to help strengthen the teeth and gums. I think my bb i...

I was trying Relora. It seemed to help my bb, but it made me tired and unfocused in the daytime. It seems to have quite a tranquilizing effect. Maybe it's best to take it only before going to bed.

So far so good. I've been getting fewer reactions today since taking Relora. My mouth feels cleaner after eating and drinking. I hope this stuff keeps working.
