So its processed grains specifically? Like pasta, white bread, crackers, etc? Or does what you're talking about include simple sugars too, like in soft drinks, desserts, fruit, and stuff like that?

I guess I'm just confused as to exactly what is off-limits.

Is it all carbs in general, or specifically grains? Are things like potatoes and bananas okay? They have carbs, but aren't grains.

Arch I thought I read in another thread you've tried a low-carb diet in the past, and pretty much every type of diet for that matter.

Where were you able to find out exactly what the ingredients were? The main website for the product doesn't give any useful information on that, and another website that reviews pills like this said they were also unable to find out what was in it.

The underweight thing could be a coincidence, but there do seem to be a lot of underweight people around here.
