Good morning, my name is Bertha and I am a 52 years old intersex woman trying to get rid of my terrible bad breath.
I have been fighting with this issue since I was really young, being teased at school for the foul smell getting out of my mouth. I have tried everything, until I got diagnosed with fecaloid halitosis basically due to my severe constipation. On my worst days, meaning after 3-4 days after not going to the toilet my breath has a very pungent and strong fecal odor.

I have notice some common themes on these posts. Constipation and allergies. Do you have any allergies? What happens if you take laxatives?

Oh hello and thank you for your feedback. Well, first, no, I don't have any allergies. Second, laxatives take a while to work for me since I am kind getting used to them. I follow a pretty full on vegetarian diet eating a lot of cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. They are really good for my guts but also make me very gassy with very bad flatulences. After not going to the toilet for a couple of days I usually take senna leaves beverages with might or might not work giving me painful tummy ache. On the fourth day I start taking dulcolax tablets or suppositories which usually start working in a couple of hours. On the other hand third and fourth day, though, I need to start wearing a face mask at work since most of my colleagues complained about the horrible odour of my breath, which act smells like poop. Usually, I have a kind of smelly old lady's bad breath which I can live with (but I don't attempt anymore to have a life partner and last time I have been properly kissed by a man is around 10 years ago, and we were both drunk. Starting from the third day, my breath has this really strong feces smell, which is unbearable even for myself. I can't talk or to verbally approach anyone and I feel really embarrassed and ashamed of myself

you should ask your doctor for linzess or Amtiza. Start with one then go to other if/when it stops working. I would start with linzess 30 minutes before first meal. Stay at home because it WORKS.

Stop guessing your diseases and try upper gi endoscopy. Bb is a symptom of hiatal hernia, gastritis, esophagitis and gerd.
