Sweets, sorry to bug u again, but in ur daily regime u dont take the aktiv oxygen. Do you think its wiser to just use the K12 Blis and exclude the mouthwash and can u just buy the K12 Blis without the aktiv oxygen stuff. Thanks

i'm not on any diet.

i don't use the aktiv oxygen. the concept of using anti-halitosis products like mouthwashes is completely ridiculous to me (i like to stick to probiotic therapies). for example, in the FAQ section of the instruction booklet, one of the questions is- won't using the antibacterial mouthwash kill the bacteria you are trying to colonize in the mouth? the answer was no because mouthwashes don't kill very much bacteria in the mouth. so why they include the aktiv oxygen drops, i don't know. pure marketing scheme. i'm just thankful the probiotics they are selling actually work.

Hi!
where is that?? do you have a link??

thanks

Its the Therabreath K12 Blis thats doing that special.

Sweets, i was wondering also if ur on any type of diet. For instance im on a strict candida diet. Also, do you have PND and if so has it let up at all and do you have problems with your tonsils at all.
as for your other question, no i don't have pnd anymore.

Why is everyone saying K12 Bliss? I can't find that on the Therabreath site. Its just Aktiv-K12 ProBiotics. Is there a difference?

So Sweets what do you do with the Aktiv Oxygen they send you in the kit?

So Sweets, how long and how often do you intend to use K12? If you plan to use it for more that a month, please continue to update us.

I remember using K12 (by Blis too) three years before but I bought it on-line from Breezecare australia. It did nothing for me and it's a waste of money. I think k12 patent may be owned by Blis as Dr. Katz' k12 is from Blis too I believe. Judging from its effect on some here, it sounds promising, specially on your case as I also do not intend on using any mouthwash anymore. Maybe they have reformulated it over the years. It's worth trying again.

I do not have very big problem from the mouth anymore. It is my nasal bb that bothers me a lot. Has anyone here with nasal bb had good results with k12?

Sorry, I was misinformed. BLIS actually means Bacteriocin Like Inhibitory Substances. Does this mean that K12 products are not actually created equal?

Emotional Rescue, you mentioned that k12 helped you for a month. Actually this is a good news to me. If I am to go for a new job such as auditing, it means that I have exactly one month to learn the rope before everyone in the office brush me off.

Yeah, i think there´s very good chances that it help you for a while (maybe forever, who knows??), in my case i use it for a month exactly as the instructions of therabreath says (with the aktiv oxygen) and it was very helpfull, several hours a day where my breath seems to be just fine....

Then the bottle run off after a month, and i think the bb came back....
At that time the members here said that for the big majority the K12 didn´t work, so i thought that in my case it was the Aktiv oxygen concentrated what was helped me, cause is so strong.....so i bought three bottles of it but the result was´n´t by far the same.....

So now i ordered the K12 from bliss again (now from Bliss cause its more cheap), and i would give it another chance, maybe if we keep taking it for more than a month it will still help.....but we should ask about possible sideeffects if we decide taking it on long terms....

good luck

ER

Thanks. Like Sweets, I may take it without the mouthrinse but with some acidic juice. I'll see first if this one helps before embarking on the set. I just don't want to upset my mouth again with any mouthrinse as I feel that my bb is so much better now that I am mouthrinse-free. I hope you can update us if you experience any progress with K12. Goodluck with it.

Should I start using the K12 Bliss product if I just came down with a sinus infection or no? I'm guessing no just because there will be an uncommonly high amount of bad bacteria for the good bacteria to fight off, and a hell of a lot of PND :|

I also fell for the fake testimonials on sites such as drugstore.com. I am so glad that I finally found the light and realized that Therabreath products do not work.
Amen to that brother. Yeah I feel so dumb for spending money on these products. Money would have been better spent at the casino...

Oh and my routine consists of:

Tongue scraping and scrubbing with Tung or Action or Baking Soda
flossing
Sonicare for 1 min per quadrant with Action or Baking Soda or Baking Soda Toothpaste
Sometimes gargling with Smartmouth, even though it only works for 37.5 mins

Then when I get to work I go to the cafeteria and sip a couple of cups of hot water w/fresh lemon juice. For some reason that helps.

Then later in the morning I eat an apple which either helps a little or makes the problem worse...depending on what day it is and whether there was a full moon the night before.

Of course this routine varies from week to week, but this is what it is right now.
