Has anyone tried yogurt and stuff with probiotics, but that to them (not everybody) gives off a weird odour..maybe through the nose but helps reduce bb from the mouth?
Try making cottage cheese at home...i think this one doesnt give off weird odours while helping with bb...
Heres the recipe:
Boil 1 litre of milk (usualyl takes less than half an hour)
Once boiled add 1 tea spoon of salt
Add 2 table spoon of yogurt
Add 2 table spoon of vinegar (this separates the curd from the water in the milk)
Then what you need is like a pan or small pot with small holes in it to drain out the water and leave the curd...the curd being the cheese)..if if you guys dont have a pot with small holes to drain the water...use a light cotton cloth to drain the water(thats how its done traditionally)
Let the cheese cool and eat it...the cheese wud be enough for next couple of days
I dunno what process is happening here...but basically I'm thinkign you have bacteria developing on the cheese overtime...but naturally occurring bacteria as opposed to probiotics that are added in yogurt, which im linking with weird odour from my nose...
Has anyone noticed weird odour from nose or other places with yogurt from the market? But I dont think it should happen to all people...
