Hey guys...I'm back from my holiday which was a nice distraction from my miserable life! Anyway I'm going to be starting the Choline experiment today, any suggestions on how many to take per day (I have the 500 mg) and does it matter what time of the day? morning or night? What signs should I be looking for?

Thanks

Sadmum, have you seen Dr. Aydinmur's intructions at the top of page 1?

Don't forget his instructions are based on 250mg tablets, yours are 500mg, so if the tablets can be broken in half then that might be an idea.

Good luck.

Also, don't forget, you can try this whole experiment several times to get a clearer picture, so for example, you could take the tablet in the morning in the first experiment, and in the evening the next time you try it.

Perhaps you could also try it when you're following your best efforts you know of to reduce your odours, and then try it without any of those efforts, to see how it compares.

I would also say try to avoid any of the foods which are very high in choline, like eggs, as they may distort the experiment.

By the way, if I remember correctly, there was someone on here who said taking choline supplements CURED them - so you just never know.
